It’s easy to feel the shift in the energy, isn’t it? Mars, planet of action and drive has turned around and gone direct at last. What has been stuck, or on hold, or hard to get off the ground, can go forward now. Many are experiencing physical clearings, aches and pains, but please note that these are just processes to prepare you for going forward, and not sickness or dis-ease. Mars rules over the body, and as he prepares to slingshot forward into the future, we may need to release some old energies that have been holding us back. They won’t serve us now.

The Moon moves into Aquarius at 12:44am EST. The Aquarian Moon resonates with Uranus, and Uranus is in Pisces, preparing to take on a large role in the upcoming Pisces New Moon event on the 15th. That New Moon will be exactly conjunct Uranus, and so we all need to be ready for something exciting and original and completely new. This combined with the sling shot effect of Mars’s newly direct journey promises change of the grandest order. Fasten seat belts.

There are many aspects today, through the early morning and the first half of the daylight hours, making for a busy morning and an important one. But all this activity is taking us to a Venus Pluto square at 12:33pm EST, an aspect which is part of the Venus Saturn super opposition that has been in effect all week. This square to Pluto makes a Cardinal T-square out of these big energies. Venus opposing Saturn square Pluto is all about the inner power struggle each of us is in to Love our Selves better.

The two oppositions between Venus and Saturn this week have caused us to look much more closely at how much we value our Selves, and today’s Venus Pluto square can cause us to move into a power struggle with a loved one if we’re not valuing our Selves enough, or it can get us to stand up in our personal Truth and Be the Love we are. It’s our choice. It is always our choice.

There are no more major aspects after this Venus Pluto square all day long. In fact the next big aspect is a Venus Saturn parallel tomorrow afternoon. There will be more in this aspect tomorrow, but it’s important to note that the Venus Saturn contraparallel (energetic opposition) that took place last Saturday night is now energetically a conjunction, now that we have made our choices about our own level of Self-Love and worthiness.

This has not been an easy week. The planet of Love has been in a Cardinal (TAKE CHARGE) T-square with two heavy hitters- Saturn and Pluto (who are of course involved in their own ongoing square that generates a great deal of transformation at the social level), and our hearts are caught in the cross fire. Any struggle makes us stronger. Any negativity has a positive in it somewhere. It is vital to look for that silver lining, to affirm our gratitude, and to stand up in our newly earned Self-esteem and speak freely of the Truth we have found.
