This is a pivotal day on the planet, as Mars and Saturn come together in the middle of a larger opposition to Uranus and Jupiter. Saturn is currently opposing Uranus, Mars is too, Saturn is also opposing Jupiter, Mars will too in another day or so, and all of these planets are squaring Pluto. The Moon’s Karmic South Node is creating a Grand Cross with all of these planets, a cross that was energized by the lunar eclipse of June 26th. What a Summer this has been. It’s a pivotal day in the middle of a pivotal summer.

Daily Weather Report

Did you feel the energy pick up when Mars moved into Libra at 7:45pm EDT last night? Mars is agitated in Libra. He WANTS to be peaceful, but it’s such a stretch for him. He is in Venus’s domain, and he is preparing her home for her arrival next week. These two are moving into one of those dances they are so well known for, and the excitement is starting to build. But this is only the half of it. Mars is very busy triggering the Cardinal Grand Cross that is dominating the sky. For the moment, Venus is not at all involved in this process, but she’s going to walk right into it next week when she moves into Libra herself. This is an edgy time, and all of Mars’s activity right now is a double edged sword. He is doing his job and setting up Venus to do hers as well. Mars loves a double edged sword and Venus doesn’t mind wreaking havoc from time to time. The only catch is both Mars and Venus have to get by the Great Teacher before they can have their fun, and Mars will do just that tomorrow.
