Virgo

Virgo may be the most misunderstood sign of the zodiac. Virgo is here to undergo the process of realignment of Mind, Heart, Body and Spirit. Through this healing process, Virgo becomes the sign most capable of purity of self, and full functionality.

Mercury classically rules Virgo, and so every Virgo has a mind that works overtime, and the ability to store and process details and find the facts is almost always marked. Virgos can be fastidious, but they can also be extremely chaotic. When they are sloppier than neat, they can still tell you exactly where the smallest piece of paper is in the mess.

Chiron is the true Modern ruler of Virgo, and so many Virgos are involved in the health and healing fields, whether traditional or alternative, and even when they are not, they have a way of bringing everything together and making it all run smoothly. They tend to be perfectionists, even when it doesn’t show on the outside.

Work and the job can take over their lives, and no job is worth doing unless it is done really well. Virgos are always good at what they do, but they will only do things when they are motivated by them, and they tend to use intense focus on details as means of escapism; that is, as a way to avoid doing work. An uninspired Virgo can get lost in one detail for months at a time.

Because Virgo is an earth sign, there’s always something distinct about their physical appearance. They’re either as beautiful and as fit as the most exquisite model, or excessively out of shape and unconcerned about their appearance. There’s very little middle ground.
