Numerology of the Day

Do you know your own magnificence? Are you willing to share? How will you use your radiance to light the way for others? Let today be a day where you land into knowing who you are with light and love.
May Numerology
May is our 5th month and therefore filled with double 5’s and triple 5’s. Variety is the spice of life and 5’s have that for us! This month, opportunities abound for quick forward movement and transformation. Word to the wise: discernment. With 5 energy, there is a desire to bound ahead, free. Freedom is powerful. What supports freedom? What will support the changes you want to make in your life? Committing to freedom and change requires that our hearts, minds, and actions all share the same intention and focus. Learning archery has taught me the importance of the steps that precede taking aim and letting the arrow fly. Alignment and consistency are two of the most important aspects to successfully hit the target. Once you let go of the string, the arrow flies in the trajectory you have created. One slip or twist of the hand upon release will change the arrow’s trajectory. This year and this month those twists will present themselves. Focus and intention of our own will, centered in our hearts with the greater will, can make all the difference in what is created.

Here we are: the infamous 2012 is upon us. Numerologically, it is a big year! It’s a 5 year and with that comes change, growth, new possibilities, adventure, sensuality, freedom and flexibility.
In order to support the energy of the 5 year supporting you, you might want to consider these questions:
- How might I experience life in a new way?
- What type of foundation did I create last year and how will that support me during times of great change?
- How will I employ different disciplines to create room for the freedom of this year?
- What are the possibilities for _______?
- How might I serve my family, my community, and all those beings I share the earth with right now?
The USA is a 5 (using 7-4-1776) and ‘freedom’ is a word that is used often in our vocabulary as a nation. How would you define freedom? That is a key question this year. And, what are you willing to give for your freedom? Considering your personal world and the world around you, how can you use your freedom to serve others? Our forbearers considered all these questions and more. The documents they wrote sum up their desires, intentions, and commitments. How might we do this now? Or how might we honor the meaning of freedom in new ways?
2012 is bringing excitement, change, and adventure for us all. I choose to think that all is based in LOVE and JOY. My personal mantra is: “My only job is to radiate light and love.” I will now add to it: “With a foundation of joy, I am free to be all that I am.”

Do you remember the Star Trek ‘slingshot around the sun’ maneuver? Today feels a lot like that. We will want to cover a lot of ground (time/space) quickly and with purpose. The exact trajectory may not be clear (Spock was concerned about this) but with some faith and the willingness to risk, we will move beyond what we’ve known with ease. Where do you want to go?
