Weekly Weather Report

All the inner planets changed signs last week and I certainly experienced turning a corner. The “2013 Daily Journal” is officially at the printer and will be available to you all within a week or two. Every single piece of it has been re-written and reworked by Stephanie and me. It is astonishing to realize just how much we’ve shifted in one single year and how much the astrology evolved…. Cosmic Astrology is truly a living consciousness – as above, so below. I hope you will be just as amazed.

Add in Saturn’s entrance into Scorpio and the corner turned is suddenly a new life phase. I was so excited about the energy of Mars Mercury (!!) and Saturn moving into Scorpio last week that in my zeal, I mistook the symbol for Virgo as Scorpio, and lumped Venus into that equation. So sorry for the brain-twist! Venus moved into Virgo and launched what I’d like to call a 2 week love affair with the spirit of the Divine Mother. I feel that Venus is bringing her home to us right now, and this new conception (double meaning intended) is a key piece of the 2 ½ years Saturn will spend in the sign of the Alchemist.

What an exciting week ahead! No matter where this article finds you, on the upswing or on the downswing of happiness, I hope you’ve gotten that there is so much value in appreciating exactly where you are. You are on the sine wave of the universe, and when you are empowered with that knowledge, the rough spots aren’t so bad.

I’m excited about experiencing the transition of Saturn into Scorpio knowing what I know now about the beneficial challenges Saturn signifies. In 5D the Scorpio zone of your energy field is where you learn about conscious manifestation, or creating from the heart. In Cosmic Astrology we call Scorpio the Alchemist, which just tickles my fancy for all things magical in our universe. Saturn will spend the next couple of years empowering your physical presence, so much so that it will be unavoidable to realize how much power you have to manifest. First, you will need a proper assessment. Saturn helps us to get real and when our weaknesses are brought to our attention it isn’t always comfortable. Saturn in Scorpio will not be comfortable – but it will be highly transformational in a ground breaking kind of way.

The week ahead is going to bring us all much closer to understanding what the significance is of the emerging new world order signified by the Pluto Uranus square. We won’t necessarily get all of the pieces of the puzzle, of course, after all we are just starting a 2 to 3 year process with this transforming and awakening turning point. But a kind of metabolic understanding is well underway and it’s a feeling thing, one where you must tune into your body, feel out the information, and access your higher intuitive faculties. Our ability to do this is rapidly changing. This week, we are assisted by Venus and Mars. These two archetypes of the emotional and physical bodies are coming together in an exact square, a picture that has been forming for a couple of weeks now. It is a dynamic that is enabling some fine-tuning that needs to happen in our ability to manifest with greater consciousness.

There’s no doubt this week is a powerhouse of transitions and connections. The main even is undeniably the Uranus Pluto square, which is the second of seven lined up for the next couple of years. This week these two archetypes, The Great Awakener and the Great Rebirther connect at 7 Capricorn. Pluto will have stationed direct and will command the entire relationship simply because he is the outer planet and the stillest in motion at the time of their meeting. It is an interesting dynamic to feel out: two powerful parts of our consciousness beginning to move in different directions – one deep and magnetic, the other electric and full of surprises. One thing is for sure, we are called to trust in the bigger picture and to do everything we need to do to transmute fear that keeps us from being okay in the unknown. Break out your mantras! They are invaluable for focusing your mind on something of quality.
