Take a good look around you and determine what it is in your world that is calling for your attention. Whatever comes up (hint: have a look around your body or your home), your physical world requires diligent attention right now. Bring all of your focus to your Self. Healing happens when you remove the defenses that have been in place for so long you don’t even remember when you put them there. They served once, now they are in your way. Consciously release old patterns as they come up. This leads to healing of the highest order.

A whole new life chapter begins this week, as all that you’ve been through this last year delivers you to a completely different set of parameters that are related to your physical state or the state of the world you live in. A new mind/body paradigm is manifesting through your very being. This is going to take a little while to fully emerge, and the best advice is to let it come, slowly, swiftly, whatever way it does. This is, in the end, all about your self-realization process, and when you get right down to it, there isn’t anything else that matters more. There’s healing, healing healing going on.
