The key to finding joy right now is in your deepest emotions and your capacity to let them flow. You may consider that feeling your feelings is not the most inviting thing you can do right now, but do your best to surrender to the idea that it actually is. Good or bad, high or low, know that all emotions are one or the other, 50 per cent of the time. Good feelings and bad feelings are the same, they move you, like all energy does, to the core of your being, your heart. If you stay away from judgment, it won’t make much difference which is which. Try it. Feel whatever you imagine would be the worst thing to feel right now. Let it float by you, but refuse to identify your Self with it.
Mastering this is the key to your happiness.

If you can allow it, you can get a real grip on the entire mechanism of creation this week. You are the alchemist manifester, after all, so this can prove very important to all you do from here on in. Endeavor to come from the highest perspective you can find for yourself. Think the thought ”I AM One with God” and let that be where you perceive your life from. That perspective helps you to feel unified, leaving all those fragmented thoughts and feelings behind. Once you attain the unified vision, the rest is a piece of cake. When you come from the heart, it’s so much easier to hear your inner voice guiding you to right action. You can’t help but feel so much more kindly toward yourself after witnessing your own inner alignment.
