You may be wondering as you look back over the last 6 or 8 months, why your life has taken the turns it has, maybe why life has to be so difficult and full of twists and turns that you really didn’t want to have to deal with? Well the answer is really simple, and it is likely making itself apparent to you right about now: change comes when change is essential. It usually is a bit more difficult to navigate when we aren’t aware of what the change should be. But no matter how difficult it is, the essential shift that needs to happen always comes about.
