Possibly more than any other sign, you’re feeling unable to go forward, although you could say you’ve never felt more ready to go. With Mars retrograding in your sign and Mercury preparing for his own retrograde cycle, the only conclusion to come to is that there’s a good reason not to go anywhere just yet. You have a way of being where you are, keeping yourself very busy, but never really noticing the real reason for your whereabouts. It’s time to pick your head up and have a good look around. True, you’ve been looking ‘out there’ a bit more than usual these past months, but you’ll need to expand your vision out more, much more, before the lay of the land can be realized. You’re usually the one with your nose to the grindstone, barely looking up to get the lay of the land. That’s always true while you’re engaged in some project, and you rarely deviate from your busy work schedule. But it’s time to deviate, or at least to have a good look around, particularly where your loved ones are concerned. They are your mirror, and they can show you very specifically how far you’ve come since the last time you picked up your head. With Mars retrograding through your own sign right now, you should be able to take a breather of some kind, leaving your relentless and fastidious work for some important head clearing. At least one significant other takes center stage this week, but given the lesson of the mirrored self, this should be providing a major hint for you. If you find yourself face to face with a partner who is bringing up significant circumstances that have you riveted, it’s time to embrace the message and stop perceiving it as something being done TO you. Your partner is the greatest reflection of your Self. He or she is showing you the part you can’t see for yourself, or are refusing to. Whatever is being revealed IS you. Stop refusing to accept it, because this is the magical moment of transformation. If you say yes, I see that when others ignore me it means I am ignoring myself, you get to move to the next major part of the process…
