At this late date you’re probably not expecting to find any relevant reflection shining back at you from that loved one who is displaying so much of their own mental, emotional and or physical distress, but that could not be further from the truth. Everyone’s dealing with some old core behavior right now, and what you’re face to face with is actually your own stuff. If you can embrace that, you’re about to get free. Do you recognize your Self in the mirror? Take everything that comes up now as a means to healing. Apply your Self diligently and efficiently, and do it all for you. FEEL, FEEL, FEEL. The whole idea here is to let it all come undone and when everything you’ve held on to falls away, you will finally, finally meet your True Self there.
