No new complications enter the mix this week. No life-changing aspects rock us. No planets change signs, even. The energies are much the same as we have been handling for the past week or two, with a slight decrease in intensity and upswing in good vibes.

The intensity is largely from Saturn and Pluto continue to travel in an ongoing demand for change in relationships. We’ve been with this intensity long enough for it starting to feel part of the norm, and we’re starting to get the hang of this demand for change, to boot. Some people may still be feeling aftershocks from Uranus’ turnaround last week, too. The switch certainly did knock some stuck situations loose, didn’t it? Jolts and disruptions should have given way by now to the realization that everyone involved is so much better off. By this time it should be apparent that every reversal, twist and turn is a blessing. Some broke up situations that could not go on in their then current form. Some brought undercurrents to the surface, like a wave spilling shells onto a shore. All deposited us into territory that is more aligned with and supportive of our true natures and ultimate callings, where we can open into the lives that we came here to lead. If you are still reeling from a jolt, please reconsider how it benefits you. It most assuredly does.

All of the planets continue to be direct this week. Mars is already in the shadow of his upcoming retrograde (which starts December 20) and Mercury enters his on Wednesday. Some of what we are encountering and experiencing now will come back around in a few weeks, but that does not affect movement. The two planets’ approach to retrograde is not enough to stop our collective drive forward. Think about how the pace of life has changed since the beginning of the month. (That was only last week!) The start-stop quality of the past few months is gone for the moment. It’s possible now to go from Point A to Point B to Point C without backtracking or detouring or having a gazillion subpoints present themselves between each desired move. Sure, the point-to-point approach is still hitting its snags, but when events send you flying in an unexpected direction, look around where you land and you’ll see it’s a place you want to be. Possibly even Point C, without having to go through B on the way. At the same time, with Uranus direct now, ideas and possibilities and decisions that have been swirling about since July or so are turning into actualities. It’s not just behind-the-scenes matters that are popping now, though. No matter where a situation may have its genesis, developments are taking place very quickly.

If you are the sort of person who is inclined to push your agenda, you will get further in the next two weeks than the skies have allowed lately. Be assertive and proactive if you feel you must, and plow through your to-do and project lists. You’ll make headway. Keep the retrograde shadows in mind, though, and know that you can’t lock anything in place. And also consider this: beneficial aspects of the highest order are tightening for the third and final time this year. They are positioning to rain qualities, healing and opportunities down from heaven, which may well — in fact, will — include some your conscious mind is not capable of foreseeing. Push your own agenda too hard, particularly on big-picture items, and not only may you not see the bigger and better possibilities that the universe is sending, but you might also block or limit them.

Two exact moments in this manna shower occur this week. On Monday, expansive, beneficent, golden-touched Jupiter meets with Chiron, who points to our deepest, abiding wounds and challenges us to embrace them, as well as our physical existence. On Saturday, Jupiter makes a growth aspect to cosmic change agent Uranus, who upends and sometimes shatters situations and viewpoints. These contacts this week are not going to be new experiences. We’ve already been through both of these exact aspects twice this year, in May and July, not to mention that these planets have been traveling loosely in these relationships for most of the year. Neptune has been part of the picture, too. Neptune is the planet that unhooks us from worldly existence through transcendence or escapism, and his participation in this cosmic configuration has added elements of compassion, enlightenment and divine grace. The four bodies have given a heaven-sent quality to our lives this year and helped us integrate our spiritual existence into what we do down here on earth.

Think back, then, to May and July. What opened up for you then? How did you grow in self-acceptance and love? How were you liberated? How did your concept of what’s possible in your life grow bigger and grander? We’re in the final review of these questions and the final round of bounty from above. The week begins with an expansion in awareness of our wounds and possibilities to surmount them and accept our physicality. The week ends with accelerated growth and maturing into our new way of being. Don’t be surprised if you do something more daring and freeing than you have dreamed you would, even the moment before you take the action. Throughout it all, keep your mind and heart open. Ask for healing and self-acceptance. As for your heart’s desires, and phrase them in quality and emotional experience rather than specifics tied to a particular situation or person. Ask to be freed from internal and external limitations if you’re brave enough (with that request, be prepared to be sprung from ones that you might not have perceived as such). Ask to be shown the benefit of every break and topsy-turvy development that rocks your path this week. Ask for your life to become as blessed and golden and filled with love and optimism and grace as you can imagine, and then some. Don’t be shy. The phone lines to heaven are open.

Monday: We start the week with extremely active dreams. The Moon cycles through the ascension planets in quick succession, opposing Jupiter and Chiron, hitting a door-opening growth aspect with Uranus, then opposing Neptune. Dreams are wild, roller-coaster and cinematic, test-driving new scenarios and trying on new perspectives. If a Uranian bolt disrupted your life last week, you’re processing and moving on from the aftermath. The contact to Neptune sends the Moon off into a void, into which we awaken. But first, a Mercury/Pluto conjunction focuses our minds, even in sleep. This contact pares concepts down to the bone, so that what’s left is raw, sharp and potent. Notice what’s running through your head when you wake up. This should not be hard, since the obsessive potential of Pluto gives the subject of this meeting quite the staying power. Your psyche is stripping a message down to basics, efficiently and ruthlessly, so that there’s no chance of your missing it. If you happen to be awake with this happens, monitor the evolution of your thoughts. If you happen to be awake and actually talking to someone at the time, softpedal. One of you is going to say something that cuts right to the heart of the topic, and possibly of the other person. The message reverberates throughout the void, which continues into mid-afternoon EST. Don’t be surprised if the people around you are distracted, inward and quiet for the morning; everyone is chewing over his personal nocturnal transmission. Jupiter joins Chiron today; pay attention to your own healing and your own acceptance and mastery of yourself. By mid-evening, Mercury is clashing with Saturn. It will be hard to avoid conversations, particularly ones that are needed; some will be forced. If you hear a “no,” think about whether the source really has control and responsibility over the situation.

Tuesday: It’s another morning to ponder your dreams. They play out irritations, frustrations, aggravations, disharmony in a relationship, all the reactions that you probably didn’t get around to yesterday, and probably wouldn’t indulge in when awake. Still, it’s only human to have them, and deciding how to handle them is part of the challenge of relating and maintaining your connection to spirit. So think about the dissatisfactions your dreams are pointing out. There’s nothing in the sky to distract you all day long. The evening aspects offer little to soften your heart toward others. You will have to find the motivation within yourself.

Wednesday: The point to yesterday’s dissatisfactions becomes clear. The Moon cycles through all the ascension planets again in the first half of the morning EST, this time putting us to choices for the future and challenging us to break away from dynamics and situations that have overstayed their welcome. The latter point is underscored when the Moon faces off with Uranus mid-afternoon. If a bolt of lightning hits, wait for a moment and take in the change in light and perspective. Then act with compassion for yourself and others. Mercury enters his retrograde shadow and will retrace this territory in January. If you miss a detail, you’ll have the opportunity to pick it up again later.

Thursday: The Moon makes raspy contacts with Jupiter, Chiron and Neptune, drawing attention again to areas of emotional discomfort. Harmony is finally on offer when she makes peace with Venus early afternoon. As the day winds down, minds and conversations cannot be stilled. The pace is so racing and there is so much to be said that words could come out gracelessly and clumsily. Inner drive follows suit as evening falls. Energy ramps up. Don’t waste it sitting around. It’s bountiful fuel for getting cracking on your to-do list. Even better if you can vent it through physical activity.

Friday: The Moon’s getting along with the Aquarian triple conjunction today, brightening everyone’s mood and making it easy to choose the road less taken (by you) when she hits a crossroads with Uranus. Schedule work you care about in the morning hours. The second half of the day has a void of course Moon, from just after noon EST until nearly midnight. Kicking off the void is a trine to Neptune, which will amplify the soft, unfocused, dreamlike qualities of the void. Office gatherings will be gentle. If you’re around a bar, though, take care with alcohol consumption. It will be easy to lose count of your drinks. Schedule a spiritual, artistic or musical event if you can. It will safely take you away from the everyday.

Saturday: Jupiter and Uranus complete their third growth aspect of the year. How has your life changed since May? Since July? How are you more open to an expansive way of living? It’s day of wild cards, all of them in your favor. Say yes to anything that pops up. There’s no telling where you might end up, except that the destination will feel blessed.

Sunday: All the aspects belong to the Moon. She’s making her holiday rounds, dropping by everyone in the sky. Her schedule riles emotions late in the morning EST; by late afternoon, she’s looking for fresh air and self-indulgence. We end the week as we began it, with the Moon void of course after contacting Neptune after 8 PM. This time the contact is a square, which propels us into dreaming long before hitting the pillow. Dream the life you wish to be leading. Remember, those lines are open.
