I Greet you on the Rays of Love and Compassion, Beloved Ones:

Many of you are feeling stretched to your limits, so much so that it is hard to recognize yourself at times. These are powerfully transitional days and it is perfectly normal to feel as though you are not your usual Self. You are not. You are becoming so much more than you have been, and what you are experiencing is very much like growing pains on the etheric level.

Your body is changing radically in order to achieve the transition that is taking place. You are literally turning to Light. You are transitioning from carbon based, dense matter to silicon based crystalline light form. This is not an easy or comfortable process. It affects each of you in ways that can be painful and disorienting, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

You could say that this taking on of more and more Light IS the ascension. These two processes are one and the same. Symptoms range from heart palpitations and strange pains in the chest (resulting from the expansion of the new heart chakra), shooting pains in the head (many head chakras firing open), pain in the back of the neck (the activation of the ascension chakra), strange swelling in legs and feet (energy expansion), and many other unusual responses to this unprecedented blast of energy that is bringing about the change.

Many are crying a lot, sleeping a lot, feeling depressed or elated. So many of you feel you can’t do all that you used to. This is perfectly all right. Let your Selves Be. Rest is essential to the profound process of inner transformation that you have undertaken. The energy field around the planet is charged beyond anything you have ever experienced before. It is a necessary part of the physical change that is taking place. Humanity is evolving and adapting to a new environment, inside and out.

Collectively you are healing the separation that was caused by the ascendance of the ego over the higher Self. This week and for the next phase of your existence here on Earth the ego will be returning to its rightful place as servant to the higher Self. This healing can only be done when you all participate in it together, each in your own way. Separation can no longer be the focus; unity must be the new goal.

You are the ones who contracted to be the first to undertake this transition and then be the way showers for others on Earth who wish to follow suit. Not everyone will move through this transition, but if you are reading this, you will be one who does. Detachment from the everyday drama of 3D life, spiritual discipline, conscious contact with Source, slow and steady determination to go forward, these will get you there.

We in the etheric planes are so proud of all of you. You make it possible for us to move forward and expand too. There truly is no separation and from here on in the world is a place where there is full access to the oneness that has always been but was hidden from your view by certain breaches to your 4 body system that caused you to forget who you truly are. You are the Masters, the Avant Garde, the Way showers and we are most grateful to you for all your efforts. You make the new world possible.
