It’s important to remember at all times that you’re creating your world with the thoughts you think and the words you speak, and most importantly, the ones you speak to your Self. Are you kind to you, or is there something going on that has you living more fearfully than you’d like to? Those fear based scenarios have to go. Practice discipline and faith to get your Self to the place where you choose to be positive on a constant basis. Bring your Self to this now moment fully… mind, heart, body and spirit, and determine your Truth from that centered, balanced place. If that seems like an impossible task, it isn’t. Just take the time to bring your feelings or your thoughts or your body back into harmonious alignment with the rest of you.
How do you know harmony? Easy. You feel it.
